Every morning at Flute starts early… and it’s all happening behind the scenes.

Our chefs are in, ovens on, hands busy - rolling, mixing, baking and finishing each pastry, cake and loaf with care. It’s a daily rhythm that turns simple ingredients into something worth slowing down for.

By the time the doors open, the cabinets are filled with fresh pastries, cakes and more - ready for your morning coffee, your afternoon treat, or something to take home.
